President’s Message: November, 2023

As the holiday season begins, club activities are picking up, with succulent plants reacting to the cooler weather. November is crucial for club operations as elections for club officers and directors are held. The final guest speaker for the year is plant hybridizer, Kelly Griffin. Members also prepare for the December holiday party featuring a potluck dinner, plant show winners announcement, and club gifts.

Last month’s field trip to the Coachella Valley/Palm Springs was absolutely wonderful. The weather couldn’t have been any better with the crispy cool morning air accompanied by a pleasantly warm sunny afternoon.
