Greetings Gates!
Please make sure that you are current on your 2025 membership. You must be up-to date on your dues to continue receiving the newsletter and be able to compete in our monthly mini-shows. March is the due date for 2025. If you have forgotten or you are not sure if you have paid, please see Cami or I at Friday’s meeting. Elias will also be reviewing mini-show entries to ensure that all participants are active members.
In just two short months we will be hosting our annual show and sale. This is not only our club’s major revenue stream to maintain operations, but also a huge opportunity to grow our membership and showcase our interests… cacti and succulents! While we have several people committed to help, we are still in great need of volunteers for both the show portion (see Kim) and the sale portion (see Phuc). I look forward to having members offer their assistance when we discuss the May show and sale at this Friday’s meeting. Our March speaker is the renowned and charismatic Woody Minnich. He will be speaking on Pachypodiums and caudiciform plants.
