Greetings Gates!
This year’s show and sale was one of our best! Not only did we have record sales, but the involvement from our members was outstanding. I confidently speak for the Board when I express my gratitude to all of our volunteers and members that came by and helped out. Even if it was only for a few hours, we are all exceptionally grateful for the assistance. The event was well-received by the community and even generated more than a dozen new members! I cannot wait to share some stories and specifics during our meeting this week.
As with all events, I look towards you the member for ways in which we can be even better next year for our 50th Anniversary Show and Sale. Keep in mind, as with all great things, come great people behind them… so we will once again need lots of assistance and involvement for next year!
Remember, this Wednesday’s meeting will be our final meeting prior to moving to the second Friday of the month.
To be clear…June meeting: Wednesday 06/03/2024. July and forward: the second Friday of the month. (For example, July’s meeting is Friday 7/12/2024)
Thankfully we will still be meeting at our current location with the doors opening as always at 6PM.
I am relieved that the Ark Church was able to work with us so that we could stay in our current location.
